Ascending ladder - add 3 every round all the way to 21

Start with 3 BB thrusters into 3 OH Front Lunges each leg

E.g.

BB Thrusters - 3,6,9,12,15....21

OH front Lunges - 3,6,9,12,15....21

Every round complete - 60-meter sprint
