Our program offers, Nutrition coaching in conjunction with ProCoach Nutrition Software. This is part nutrition software, part nutrition curriculum, and part client management tool. Yet it’s very different from other software you’ve seen. ProCoach is an up-to-10-month nutrition and lifestyle coaching program, complete with daily lessons, habits, check-ins, and more.
This practice-based approach will help you gradually, and permanently, transform the way you eat, move, and live.
ProCoach is an interactive Software that answers questions, offers nutrition education, tracks your progress—through a personalised ProCoach dashboard.
PHASE 1
THE COST
A One-off Reading - £30

The PROgRAM Nutrition Coaching
- £395 one off payment
*This is a 5 month commitment

WHAT WE OFFER...

Daily accountability messages to help you to begin the correct habits.

You will be able to book weekly sit-downs with your nutrition coach to talk about what is working well and where you may be struggling and why.

An invitation to be added to a accountability group where you and others on this journey can share ideas, ask for advice and receive encouragement.

Weekly Zoom meeting with your coaches and other members of the group to find out what has gone well, what needs to be improved and what habits we will be focusing on for the coming week.

Every 4 Weeks you will have an InBody reading to see how you are progressing towards your goal.

The Transformation Reveal! A free photo-shoot and makeover with a hairstylist and makeup artist for all members who have successfully reached the end of the initial 6-month journey.

THIS IS NOT A MEAL PLAN PROGRAM - This is a course that empowers the individual to take control of their eating with the foods they enjoy. This program IS NOT geared towards telling you what to eat and when to eat it but rather looking at creating healthy eating habits and lifestyle change.

Habit 1: Take a 5-minute action
Habit 3: Stop eating at “80% full”
Habit 4: Eat lean protein with each meal
Habit 5: Eat at least five servings of colourful fruit/vegetables
Habit 6: Make smart carb choices
Habit 8: Plan PN-friendly meals
Week 23 - At this point, we will take a week break. All of our clients will then be encouraged to complete the full 12-month process by moving to Phase 2. However, if you do not want to continue then you may choose to leave.

PROgRAM Nutrition & Performance
- Food Tracking (measuring and looking at grams of food) that focus on performance
- Working with AD personally to attain your personal performance goals

Weaknesses programming! - Based on your Inbody results you will be provided with a weakness program for areas identified by the Inbody.
PLUS for an extra fee of £100:

Access to mini-gym for you to work on your weakness and strength the areas identified by your coach.

1-1 Coaching with AD Foster to help with programming and to identify your weaknesses
