Don’t drop the baby:
Pick your KB or DB if we are short KB’s do DB’s.
3,2,1 - Go - take KB/DB and run or walk
500m Run with "Baby"
100 KB swings Russian or DB Swings 50 EA.
500m Run with "Baby"
80 burpees over KB/DB.
300m Run with "Baby"
60 KB taters or 30 DB squat cleans each arm.
200m Run with "Baby"
20 push presses with KB/DB each arm.
Once complete if time run shuttle run 30m out and back for remaining time -
score = how many shuttles did you do. There and back is one 1 rep.
