In pairs or on your own
100 - 80 - 60 - 40 - 20 = In Pairs
50 - 40 - 30 - 20 - 10 = Solo
Press Ups
DB Hang Clean & Jerks (if you have a DB)
KB Push Press (if you have a KB)
DB/KB OHS (overhead squat)
20 Burpee over the DB or KB at the end of each round
